Town of Lexington Board and Committee Minutes
Minutes of Board and Committee meetings are taken and retained at the
Board and/or Committee level. The Town Clerk’s Office is working to
collect and archive original copies of minutes for all Board and
Committees not already retained in the Town Office Building. In
addition, Town Offices are working with the various boards and
committees to standardize procedures for minute submission in hard-copy
and electronic copy for posting of meeting minutes and board/committee
reports on the town’s web site.
Requests to review or obtain copies of meeting minutes should initially
be made to the Chairman of the individual board or committee. If
unsuccessful, requests should be made to the Town Clerk who will then
track down requested information.
